Are you so over “Over The Rainbow?” Can’t survive another round of “I Will Survive?” Fatigued from “Dancing Queen”? Don’t worry, we are here to give your favourite queer anthems a thrilling new twist.

From Judy Garland to Village People, from RuPaul to Ning Baizura, without our queer icons the pop universe would have been devoid of glitter. They teach us to dance to our tears, to fight back the hate, and to unleash our inner Dorothy. Their songs unite in a worldwide celebration of every shade of love, from tragic to campy to bitchy.

Celebrating this unfettered spirit of camp audacity, The Annexe Gallery is proud to present “Rainbow Massacre”, two nights of songs and comedy by some of KL’s best entertainers: Joanne Kam, Mia Palencia, Shanon Shah, Zalina Lee, Fang Chyi, Maya Tan, and V-Mix, with emcees Edwin Sumun & Fahmi Fadzil.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.
